About Rysics

Build games in your browser
The idea

Rysics is a place to make games. You build a world out of bricks, join them together with welds and hinges, write a bit of code to make things move, and then press Play and run around inside it.

When it is ready, you publish it and other people play it. Whether anyone gets to open your world and see how you built it is up to you - games are private inside unless you say otherwise.

It all runs in a browser tab, so there is nothing to install and it works on a school laptop.

Rysics works well as a session: it opens in a browser, nobody needs an account, and a group can go from empty world to something playable in an hour.

Building teaches the useful bits by accident - a bit of geometry, a bit of physics, a bit of code - because you need them to make the thing work.
